Organizational Change

  • Oil & Gas Major – designed and implemented one of the world’s largest, global shared services centers. The shared services organization currently performs accounting, procurement, IT support, and other functional work for 92 countries from a single location in Southeast Asia.
  • Middle East Government - conducted a large-scale organizational redesign, as an integral part of the country’s industry privatization efforts. Collaborated with senior officials to develop the organizational blueprint and transition plan for forming a new, privatized holding company from existing government entities. The project resulted in development of a phased, change management program to transition over 30,000 employees into newly formed business units and support functions.
  • International Media and Entertainment Conglomerate - led multi-national client teams to evaluate post-merger revenue synergies. Developed organizational restructuring opportunities for finance and human resources functions of a global entertainment company. Realized efficiency and effectiveness gains for the finance functions of 88 business units.
  • Biotechnology Instruments Company - contributed to the development of a growth-enabled organizational architecture. The project transformed the organization from an R&D-based architecture suitable for early-stage biotech companies, to a scalable, customer-focused architecture appropriate for a more mature company.
  • Global Vaccine Development Program - led an organizational improvement project to maximize effectiveness of their executive team. Improved working models and decision-making to enable the team to achieve their mission of accelerating availability and accessibility of the vaccine to the developing world.
