• Multinational Biotechnology Company - overhauled procurement processes and managed implementation. Simultaneously managed multiple senior and middle management teams to set savings targets and agree implementation plans. Launched and managed business unit teams to implement new business protocols for ongoing procurement savings. Worked with the client’s Change Management Office to fully institutionalize new operational philosophy.
• Major Biotechnology Company - analyzed corporate restructuring opportunities. Worked with vice presidents of each corporate function to identify process improvements that would enable redeployment of cost savings towards new product launch.
• Major Telecommunications Company - led a multi-functional client team to reduce complexity in their web hosting business, ultimately reducing costs and increasing customer satisfaction. Analyzed cost base across all functions in the product line, and sized savings.
• Leading Pharmaceutical Company - established a Global Program Management Office and drove company-wide initiative to re-engineer and streamline their R&D processes. Identified efficiency improvements and cost savings opportunities. Secured buy-in from 7 international R&D sites to make major changes in key laboratory functions and align to one company process.
• Public Software Company - developed a product strategy for a new software line. Created and implemented a new scalable sales process to drive the rollout of new solutions.
• Oil & Gas Major – designed and implemented standard operating policies and work flow processes for supply chain contract creation and execution. Delivered substantial cost savings by strengthening commercial contract terms and formalizing processes for contract compliance.
