Worked with the client’s Change Management Office to fully institutionalize new operational philosophy.

- Leading Pharmaceutical Company - established a Global Program Management Office and drove company-wide initiative to re-engineer and streamline their R&D processes. Identified efficiency improvements and cost savings opportunities. Secured buy-in from 7 international R&D sites to make major changes in key laboratory functions and align to one company process.
- Public Software Company - developed a product strategy for a new software line. Created and implemented a new scalable sales process to drive the rollout of new solutions.
